Export from Salesforce Lightning:
- Open the Accounts tab → choose your list view (e.g. "My Accounts" or a custom one)
- Click the gear icon top-right → Export
- Format: Comma Separated Values (.csv); encoding: UTF-8
- Include columns:
Account ID,Account Name,Website,Industry,Number of Employees - Repeat for the Contacts tab — include
Account ID,First Name,Last Name,Title,Email,Phone(andLinkedInif you have it as a field)
